Teacher Orientation & Training on Constructive Feedback

On 20th June 2026, NPS OMR conducted a Teacher Orientation & Training Programme focused on one of the most powerful elements of effective teaching, which is constructive feedback. Nearly 60 educators participated in the interactive session, reinforcing the school’s commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in education.

The workshop, “The Art of Constructive Feedback: Nurturing Growth Through Meaningful Assessments,” was facilitated by Ms. Trupti from Val-Ed Initiatives. Through engaging discussions and practical activities, educators explored effective feedback strategies that inspire students, encourage continuous improvement, and make assessments more meaningful.
